The objective policy:
Due to the intimate nature of bath and body products, we do not accept returns.
If there is an error in your order or damaged goods, please let me know within 7 days of receipt of package and I will send you the correct or replacement product immediately! We do not offer refunds- all of our hair care is available in travel sizes so that you can try it out before committing to a full-size.
The subjective policy:
If, for whatever reason, you find that you do not enjoy the product you received we will start a dialogue as to why and figure out a solution. We can usually find something else in our product line that will suit your needs and desires.
