2.5 oz shampoo bar • equivalent to about 24 oz of liquid shampoo
2.5 oz conditioner bar • equivalent to about 24 oz of liquid conditioner
Scent: Bergamot & ylang-ylang
SHAMPOO:
Wet your hair all the way through. The wetter it is, the better the bar works.
Gently swipe the bar along your scalp, then along the ends. You don't need to be aggressive with it, and you don't need to lather it in your hands first. The bar wants to be on your hair, not on your palms.
Set the bar down and work the lather up with your fingers, moving through the scalp and down the lengths. It should lather up easily. If it doesn't, there's probably buildup, so rinse and do a second pass.
Rinse thoroughly.
Between washes, set the bar somewhere it can dry out. It'll last a lot longer that way.
CONDITIONER:
Thoroughly wet your hair and the conditioner bar.
Hold the bar in your palm and rake it through your hair, focusing on the lengths and ends. You'll do more passes than you did with the shampoo, and you'll feel it turn creamy as it mixes with the water in your hair.
Work it through with your fingers or a wet brush until you have the slip you need to detangle. Add more water or a few more passes of the bar as needed.
Rinse thoroughly or leave a little in for extra hydration.
After use, keep the bar somewhere it can dry completely between washes to help it last longer.
Our shampoo bars are formulated specifically around the way curly hair behaves. Each one is pH-balanced and designed to remove oil, buildup, and styling product while keeping the lengths from feeling unnecessarily stripped.
The concentrated bar lathers quickly in wet hair, and each formula adjusts the cleansing, conditioning, and scalp-support ingredients for a different set of needs.
Our conditioner bars are made to glide easily through wet curls and turn creamy as they mix with the water in your hair. That gives you the slip you need to detangle, smooth, and work the conditioner through without fighting your curls.
Each formula has its own balance of conditioning, hydration, proteins, and other curl-supporting ingredients, so you can choose how much moisture and weight your strands actually need.
Your scalp and your strands don’t always need the same thing. We choose shampoo for your scalp, conditioner for your strands, and stylers for how you want your curls to behave.
