This is a very lightweight conditioner. It detangles and adds proteins and nutrients without adding any extra weight to the hair.
Quinoa protein helps color-treated hair hold onto its color while keeping the overall conditioner light enough for curls and waves that flatten easily.

HOW TO USE

Thoroughly wet your hair and the conditioner bar.

Hold the bar in your palm and rake it through your hair, focusing on the lengths and ends. You'll do more passes than you did with the shampoo, and you'll feel it turn creamy as it mixes with the water in your hair.

Work it through with your fingers or a wet brush until you have the slip you need to detangle. Add more water or a few more passes of the bar as needed.

Rinse thoroughly or leave a little in for extra hydration.

After use, keep the bar somewhere it can dry completely between washes to help it last longer.

My regular conditioner!

This is the first solid conditioner I've tried and it's now the only one I use. There was a bit of a learning curve for me, but once i learned to get enough out of it it really excels! My curls are more defined, and honestly I just love the smell.

Never used bar conditioners, but now I’m in LOVE

I LOVE this bar! So much so, that I bought the others in this line about a week later! It nourishes my hair without weighing it down! , and allows for my hair to truly curl like it supposed to! Not to mention that I travel a lot and was looking for something that wasn’t liquid! This is perfect! I would give more stars if possible! I did have to learn how to use it since it doesn’t lather like the shampoo bar, but there are helpful videos and articles that SSA has put out there to help you know what’s up.

Perfect light weight conditioner

The Apple conditioner is a perfect leave in, light weight conditioner for after I cowash and need minimal moisture or for refreshing my fine, medium density/porosity curls. It was the first bar conditioner I tried and it has great slip, higher protein then moisture balance. When I use it my curls visibly bounce up after applying it. I love that it’s a great zero waste leave in. It does take a little more work to get it off the bar compared to the spirit and aqua bars but not a lot. I simply wet with warm water and work with my hands and hair. Only takes a couple minutes and so worth it. It smells like fresh Granny Smith apples that you just sliced open. It’s a soft fragrance and the least strong of the silver stone apothecary bars I’ve tried.
