The sun is coming back out and rebirthing the natural world.
Greenery abounds, blossoms are bursting, and new life is all around.
Let’s get outside this month and reconnect with Mother Earth.
Connection with the earth is a step toward connection with others.

Life events can cause us to close ourselves off to others and stay within. This may cause blockages from our root all the way up through our heart.

Take some time to meditate in nature and dig in the dirt to reconnect to your roots. Use this season to activate your heart, heal from the past, and nourish your connection to the world and the people in it.

I ACTIVATE MY HEART Neroli Micellar Water
Life events can cause our heart to become dormant or closed off to connection with the world around us. Clear away these blockages and activate your heart. This gentle micellar water will cleanse your skin and engulf you in the calming, grounding scent of neroli. To use, wet a cotton swab or resusable cotton face pad with the micellar water. Wipe all over your face and feel instantly clansed and
refreshed. Micellar water is so gentle it does not need to rinsed off; simply wipe and let soak into your skin.

I HEAL FROM THE PAST Herbal Face Mask
Sometimes our hearts hurt and it’s hard to get past the blockage. Healing takes time and focused meditation. Use this herbal and clay face mask to set aside a contemplative time where you can nourish your skin and your heart through time for yourself. To use, mix about a tablespoon of the poweder with a little bit of water in a small bowl until a mud-like consistency is formed. Apply the mixture to your face, avoiding your eyes, and let sit for 10 minutes. Gotu Kola provides rich antioxidants to brighten and tighten skin. Marshmallow Root provides a creamy, hydrating component. French Green Clay tones and stimulates the skin to clear away blemishes.

I NOURISH MY CONNECTION After Sun Lotion
Rekindling our connection can be hard work. Depending on the intensity, it can take deep nourishment to continue the process. In the practical sense, spending time outside in the sun after months of darkness, our skin can use some nourishment as well. After spending some time outdoors, treat your skin to the healing qualities of aloe vera and neroli hydrosol. This lotion can be used on the face, but is intended for all over use.
