September Box: My dreams connect me to my intuition

Ah, September. My favorite month of the year!

This month is a transition month between summer and autumn. We all start to feel the shift in the air as we step outside in the morning and with the earlier arrival of nightfall. Warm, spicy, cozy scents start to call to us.

For the month of September, I wanted to focus on our dream state; that in-between phase where our bodies are resting and our minds are working. I included two complimentary scent profiles. One is a relaxing, calming blend of blue tansy, German chamomile, and frankincense essential oils. The other is a warm, spicy blend of smoked tonka, leather, and oud. Both of these scents along with their formulations will help you craft a new bedtime routine to encourage you to connect to the powerful messages in your dreams.

Every night as we recharge our physical bodies, our minds set to work trying to decipher and understand our current situations.

I CONNECT TO MY INTUITION Balancing Face Oil

A key component to every bedtime routine should be a nightly face wash. Our subscribers have recently received facial cleansers, so instead, I included a lightweight facial oil to seal in the hydration and nutrients after the face washing ritual.

Take your calming, bedtime ritual to the rest of your body with this creamy, soft emulsified body butter. Massage it in and feel yourself open up to the messages that want to come through.

Let the velvety texture and the sweet, smoky scent comfort you as you get ready to enter the dream world. The scent of this body butter is a blend of tonka, leather, oud and smoke to inspire a relaxing ambiance.

This calming, serene stone is known for aiding in dream recall. Place this by your bed at night to help you remember where you went during your nightly journey.

This may be a good time to start a dream journal. Keep a notebook by your bed as well, and write down everything you can remember about your dreams as soon as you wake up.

To really help decipher the messages from your dreams, analyze them as you come across situations of uncertainty to help understand the answers to your problems.

SEPTEMBER Soap Magic Monthly

In August, we launched a new subscription called Soap Magic Monthly. This inlcudes the monthly affirmations from the Create Magic Monthly Box, a soap inspired by the monthly crystal, and an extra token to bring the affirmations into your daily life.

September's soap is Blue Kyanite and features the same scent that is in the rich body butter from the monthly box. It is a warm, spicy blend of smoked tonka, leather and oud.

Subscribers also received an affirmation card with the monthly rituals on the back and a sticker with the crystal affirmation artwork.
